IBM Integration Bus is THE product for application integration, providing any-to-any connectivity. However in 2017 that connectivity is only any good if it can be secured. No one is interested in connecting to something, either inbound or outbound unless that connection can be secured, and sometimes even that isn’t enough as shown in some of the recent high profile news stories. This session takes you through securing the connections into and out of your integration node, both for your business data, and your administration. We’ll look at transport security, user id authentication for your messages and connections, policy enforcement, interaction with third party security products such as LDAP and TFIM, and administration security.
Finally we’ll finish by taking a look at the latest security advisories and see how they affect you.-David Coles-IBM Corporation
