SHARE has secured a hotel block at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center for Friday, Feb. 21 through Thursday, Feb. 27. Rooms are $279 with no resort fees.
The SHARE room block rate is subject to availability up until Jan. 24, 2025, or until the hotel sells out (whichever comes first). After this date, reservations will be accepted by the hotel based on availability and at the hotel's prevailing rate.

Government Employee Room Discount
Per diem rates are available for federal government employees, state government employees (including teachers who work for the state), federal or state government contractors and Canadian government employees. Any guest must be on official duty travel to qualify for the rate. All guests under per diem rates need to show their government ID, business card or official travel orders at check-in. Please note that only federal employees traveling on federal duty are eligible for tax exemption with the completion of tax exemption paperwork. Government employees must make their reservations through SHARE's government employee hotel booking link.
